Dr. Khazraee remotely presented the paper, Turkey’s Internet Policy: The Emergence of a Distributed Network of Online Suppression and Surveillance, at the Global Media Policy Working Group at the annual conference of the International Association for Media and Communication Research, IAMCR 2017, in Cartagena, Colombia on July 18. The paper was co-authored by Bilge Yesil, Efe Kerem Sozeri, Emad Khazraee, and Laura Schwartz-Henderson. You can watch the presentation here.
